Knowledgeable Dedicated and Honest Illinois Home Inspector

Choosing the right home inspector in Northeast Illinois can be difficult. Do you perform a internet search for the Joliet or Naperville or Orland Park area or do you trust your friends and family? Whomever you choose, you more than likely will not meet them until they show up to inspect the house.

Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and different pricing. A home inspection requires knowledge, hard work and determination and great customer skills. I have been inspecting houses, townhouses and condos in and around the Chicago-land area for 15 years. I am Illinois licensed and InterNACHI certified. I have 30 plus years construction knowledge. I regularly attend seminars for the inspection industry, and consistently engage in continuing education. I visit new housing developments to see how builders are changing the way they construct houses. I visit many open houses to take a look at what types of houses I have yet to inspect. I have inspected townhomes and condos in Rockford and single family homes all over Chicagoland.

I promise that I will give you my very best effort. I will explain those issues I find. I encourage you to ask questions and be at my side during the whole process. I will educate you about the house that YOU are about to spend a great amount of money for. I will always be available to answer questions even after you move in. I AM YOUR INSPECTOR that will help make the house buying/selling process move along more smoothly. I will help make the HOUSE a HOME.
